Jelena Kabic
When I was six years old, I wrote my first poem. I had no idea then that the written word would become my career one day! I certainly didn’t know it when I decided to enrol into psychology. Little did I know that psychology and marketing are two sides of the same coin: both are about understanding what it is that people really want and need and providing them with the best service possible.
Once I had my degree, I decided to volunteer at a local hospital, helping alcohol and gambling addicts understand their problem behavior and where it all went wrong. Around the same time, I discovered that my lifelong love for the written word could be translated into a career, so I began writing about anything and everything.
About Team Lead
Ever since joining the team at Elevated Leads, my main task has been guiding the others toward writing in that very way: to allow people to have some crypto gambling fun while focusing on responsible gambling first and foremost. When I’m not focusing on my role, I’m a mom, an avid traveller, and a yoga enthusiast.

Jelena answers
What do you consider a trustworthy website?
The number one thing for me to consider a website trustworthy is a plethora of responsible gambling tools. The second thing is knowing they pay their players properly, or if there are some withdrawal issues, at least they’re addressed and solved in a timely manner.
What’s the most important thing you do when fact-checking?
Testing the casino for myself and visiting various forums to make sure I understand how it works — not just “on paper” but in reality, too.
According to you, what does a good website need in terms of responsible gambling practices?
The possibility of setting up betting limits and reality checks Being able to self-exclude for a longer period of time (not just a week, for example) Having the option to use these tools without jumping through hoops or having to contact customer support every time.
