Our rating

Small casinos that manage to stir up some attention are always worth a closer look, and Crypto Loko is up next for examination.

The games are there, but with just over 150 titles, the selection might feel a bit limited right out of the gate. On the flip side, you might be pleasantly surprised by a no-deposit bonus and lower-than-usual wagering requirements on the welcome offers.

When it comes to customer support, you won’t get access until after you register, which isn’t ideal. And here’s where things get tricky: Crypto Loko may be RNG-tested, but it’s not officially licensed, and that’s a detail you don’t want to overlook.

All in all, this casino feels like it’s balancing pros and cons on a knife’s edge, without giving a clear signal which side it’ll land on. That’s exactly what this Crypto Loko review is here for—to help you decide if it’s worth hitting that Register button.

Note that the information we're providing here regarding games and bonuses available may differ slightly based on your location.

Slots

I have to warn you that if you expect thousands of slots, better switch to Bettilt (3,000+ titles). Crypto Loko offers just a little over 150 titles.

The games are assorted into categories, and the search bar helps you navigate with ease. Plus, you can scroll down and see the current games being played and top winners, which can be helpful when deciding which game to give a chance to.

And, there’s a demo mode too, called Practice mode. I didn’t hesitate to try it out, so I clicked on Ghost Ship, and was satisfied with the interface, gameplay, and graphics. However, once you're registered, the demo mode is gone for good.

Table games

The table games section currently features 11 titles, including blackjack, andar bahar, teen patti, baccarat, and poker. However, there are no roulette games and no live casino versions available. Crash games aren’t included either.

You may find them at sites like BetFury.

Software providers

Crypto Loko's game library is powered by only one provider:

Real Time Gaming
Real Time Gaming

Limited choice of game vendors

The game section is decently curated, but the limited number of titles, along with the narrow range of software providers, might not appeal to seasoned players. Casual players? Probably, as it covers the basics well enough.

It’s no surprise that crash games and live casino titles aren’t available, given that RealTime Gaming—the sole provider—focuses exclusively on slots, video poker, and RNG table games.

What really puzzled me was the way demo versions work. They're available only when you're logged out—but once you sign in, the option disappears. Not sure what the logic is there. Even registered players might want to test a game's mechanics before committing real money.

Cryptos

Crypto Loko accepts the following cryptocurrencies:

Basic crypto package

As shown on the casino’s homepage, Binance Coin, Bitcoin Cash, Ripple, and Tether are listed as accepted currencies as well. But when I checked the Cashier section, I realized these aren’t actually available for deposits or withdrawals.

I double-checked this with a customer support agent to see if the crypto selection is location-specific, and she confirmed it’s not. According to her, those additional cryptocurrencies are only displayed for now, as the casino is still working on integrating them.

We’ll keep an eye on this and update you as soon as the new crypto selection goes live.

Not so transparent about its crypto selection

I almost gave the crypto section a higher score, especially with Binance Coin (faster transactions and lower fees) and Tether as a stablecoin, adding some welcome variety. Seeing them clearly displayed on the homepage made it seem like they were part of the accepted payment options.

Naturally, I assumed they were usable—and I’m sure most players would think the same. After all, who’s going to stop and double-check that with support, especially when live chat isn’t available to unregistered users (more on that later)? They’re not actually available, despite being listed. That’s very misleading on the casino’s part.

In the end, what you're left with is a basic crypto setup—BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE— minus the extras that are advertised but not yet live. Luckily, you can find them at casinos such as Pasino.

Deposits and withdrawals

Here's the basic info regarding deposits and withdrawals at Crypto Loko casino:

Feature Info
Deposit time Instant
Withdrawal time 3-72 hours
Withdrawal fee 5%
Transaction process Straightforward

Crypto Loko withdrawal time

The minimum deposit and withdrawal limit is the same across all cryptocurrencies: $30 or the equivalent. There’s no maximum deposit limit, while withdrawals are capped at $2,500 daily and $10,000 weekly—still decent, all things considered.

From the current crypto selection, not all coins are supported for withdrawals. You can deposit using BTC Lightning, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, and Dogecoin. As for withdrawals, only Bitcoin and Litecoin are supported, and that’s done via Coindraw, if it’s available in your region.

There are no deposit fees, but each withdrawal comes with a 5% fee. If you’re looking for a fee-free option, Cryptoreels casino might be a better pick.

Also worth noting: withdrawals over $200 will trigger KYC verification.

Fair transaction limits, but the fees might be a turn-off

I’ll start with the minimum limits—they’re not outrageous, but still not exactly beginner-friendly for low-stake players. On the flip side, the withdrawal caps are more high-roller friendly.

That said, I think both casuals and high-rollers would prefer a setup where withdrawals aren’t penalized with extra fees. At Crypto Loko, not only do you lose 5% on every withdrawal, but you also have to deal with additional blockchain fees, which vary based on network congestion and other factors.

Withdrawal speeds range from instant to up to 72 hours, depending on internal checks. All in all, the withdrawal policy lands somewhere in the middle—not the worst I’ve seen, but not the ideal either.

Crypto Loko sign up bonus

The Sign up bonus at Crypto Loko comes with 505% up to $1,000 on a first deposit and 55 extra spins on Neon Wheel 7s. I have to say this offer is decent; gives the new players a loko (pun intended) headstart, and inspires exploring a game you otherwise may not have played. The 30x playthrough requirement is okay; lots of other casinos have nearly the same requirements.

What else is on offer?

There’s a 248% Reload Bonus where you can play slots, triple your deposits, and cash out everything.

What about extra spins?

Although they don’t belong to the no deposit category, Crypto Loko Free Spins (applicable on many top-notch slots) come as a decent offer.

How to claim it: Make a deposit ($20) each week to get 18 spins a day, amounting to a total of 558 spins for the entire month.

Got a competitive streak? The tournaments here offer a significant challenge, with over 60 free tournaments per month and premium tournaments for depositors (two per day). The prize pool can go up to $20,000, making it quite enticing.

Is there a no deposit bonus at Crypto Loko casino?

The good news is - Crypto Loko does offer a no deposit bonus. After signing up, you can claim a $30 free chip by using the code LOKO30.

As for no deposit free spins at Crypto Loko, you’ll have to wait. In the meantime, you can check out Bspin casino, where you’ll get 20 free spins right after signing up.

Crypto Loko VIP lounge

After just three deposits, you enter the casino’s VIP lounge, Loko Loyalty. Not sure it poses enough of a challenge, but considering the limited number of rewards, I’d say it’s alright:

  • monthly insurance up to 10%,
  • super-fast payouts,
  • and an increased cashout limit of $10,000.

You start as Poko Loko, level up to Payaso, Kooky, Batty, and end up as Muy Loko with top-notch reward amounts.

Decent bonus variety, but still missing a key perk

I didn’t expect it, but I was pleasantly surprised to see Crypto Loko offering a no-deposit bonus, a rare find these days. The welcome offer is hefty too, with a lower-than-average 30x wagering requirement, which definitely adds value. Beyond that, you’ve got a reload bonus and spin drops to give your balance an extra push, plus a VIP program for returning players.

At first glance, it looks like the bonus section has all the essentials, but there’s one thing clearly missing: cashback. Casinos like Wild.io keep it readily available, and it's something many players expect by default.

Overall, I’d call it a decent promo lineup, but there's definitely room to expand with a few more player-focused perks.

Mobile gaming

At the time of writing, there’s no sign of a downloadable app.

The mobile version functions well enough, but the experience isn’t the smoothest. The platform relies solely on a standard menu, with no quick-access shortcuts to key sections like games, bonuses, or payments.

Room for improvement in mobile UX

While the mobile version is functional, the overall design could use some toning down to improve navigation. Right now, it feels a bit cluttered, especially compared to cleaner mobile layouts like the one at Mr Sloty, where everything is intuitive and easy to access.

Introducing a bottom navigation bar with shortcuts to essential sections—games, bonuses, support—would be a smart upgrade. The same goes for a clearly visible search bar; having to dig through menus just to find a game slows everything down.

Is Crypto Loko legit?

Crypto Loko doesn’t hold an official gambling license, even though the presence of the Bolertech icon in the lower-right corner might make it seem like it does. That icon actually refers to the casino being RNG-tested, not licensed. The auditing is carried out by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), a respected name in the industry, while Bolertech acts as a mediator or provider of this RNG certification.

What’s misleading is that the Terms and Conditions suggest some sort of licensing presence, but no formal license is ever listed or confirmed. That raises the obvious question: Is Crypto Loko legit? The RNG testing adds a layer of credibility. However, the absence of proper licensing leaves room for doubt, especially when compared to fully licensed casinos like Nine Casino.

Responsible gaming tools

Responsible gambling tools are another area that could use improvement. There’s no dedicated section on the site, so at first glance, it looks like there’s nothing in place. Thankfully, a support agent confirmed that self-exclusion is available, and it takes effect immediately once requested via live chat or email.

Independent auditing helps, but transparency is still lacking

To be fair, some platforms, like ETH Casino, manage to offer a safe gaming experience through independent audits by recognized bodies, even without an official license. Crypto Loko could’ve followed a similar path, but the lack of transparency about its licensing status creates unnecessary doubt.

The fact that self-exclusion is available is a positive, but it’s not mentioned anywhere in the FAQ or Terms, which doesn’t inspire confidence. If a platform wants to be taken seriously, that kind of information shouldn’t be hidden behind a support chat.

While the independent game auditing by a known body is a plus, it doesn’t make up for the absence of an official license, and certainly not for the lack of upfront communication. If you're offering a secure environment, make it clear, so the players don't have to chase down the fine print.

What to expect from the casino's customer service?

The support chat is available, but it’s only accessible to registered players. I registered specifically for this review to test Crypto Loko’s support. It didn’t take more than a minute to get connected to an agent, which was a good start. She did a solid job answering my questions about crypto use and bonus terms, but couldn’t provide any information about licensing. In sum, live support is limited to technical and basic assistance only.

Even the FAQ section leaves out some key details, like the minimum withdrawal amount and any mention of licensing. While deposit terms and fee policies are outlined, the rest is hit or miss. To make it even more confusing, the FAQ lists minimum limits for BCH and XRP, even though these coins aren’t part of the supported crypto selection (at least not yet).

Customer support falls short without live chat

One of the more positive takeaways from my brief experience with Crypto Loko’s support was the staff’s willingness to help. I tested it twice, and both times the responses were quick, and the agents clearly tried to go the extra mile.

That said, I do have concerns with the overall approach to support—especially when it comes to the lack of transparency around things every new player should know. The casino doesn’t clearly state anything about licensing or auditing, either in the Terms or via support. Personally, I see that as a red flag. If the platform is legit, then the support team should be able to share that information and help build player trust.

Another downside is that support isn’t accessible to casual visitors. Unlike Kryptosino casino, where live chat is open to everyone, here you can only reach out via email, and I assume that’s just for basic inquiries. On top of that, the FAQ section is underwhelming, missing key info and even listing minimum limits for cryptocurrencies that aren’t actually supported.

Final verdict

Before wrapping up this Crypto Loko review, let’s address the key question: should you play here or pass?

I’m 50-50 on this one. At first, I was pleasantly surprised by the RNG testing, only to later find out that the casino doesn’t hold an official license. Not to mention that it’s incredibly vague about its regulatory status. Then there’s the no-deposit bonus, which is a nice touch, but cashback is completely missing. To be fair, the bonus section overall is decent for a smaller casino, but leaving out cashback? That’s a hard miss in my book.

I also have to point out that the casino is misleading about its crypto support—it claims to accept certain coins that, in reality, haven’t been integrated yet.

Now, I wouldn’t go as far as calling it a scam, since it does have some legit features in place. But with the lack of transparency front and center, I’d advise extreme caution. So if you do decide to register, test the platform thoroughly before committing real money.
