Our rating
Pasino casino is owned by Basilisk Entertainment and offers over 3,000 games from leading software developers. It comes with a vast selection of popular cryptos and other altcoins, and withdrawals are promised within 24 hours.
However, while testing the site, I encountered several red flags, such as a very glitchy site, no live chat support, and difficult-to-access terms. Moreover, it is not licensed.
My Pasino casino review delves into more detail about the legitimacy, or otherwise, of this site.
Let’s dive in!
Quick facts
Games
Here’s what the games lobby at Pasino casino offers:
Feature | Information |
---|---|
Average RTP | 96% |
Popular Games | Book of Pyramids , Johnny Cash |
Expert's Pick | Fire Lightning , Elvis Frog in Vegas |
Demo Available | Yes |
Pasino casino doesn’t offer the regular game lobby format. A left-hand side menu opens a screen with four cards, each leading to a different game category: slots, lottery, live dealer, and original games. The lottery section only comes with one option, and you can buy a ticket for $0.01 and wait for the countdown till the next draw. The game uses a provably fair algorithm.

Slots
The slots card opens up a unified lobby with all slots thrown in together. There appears to be a filtering option, but it’s permanently stuck on ‘Featured Games’. Once you’re in the lobby, it’s a matter of scrolling until you find what you want.
There’s also an option to filter by provider, which works only on random providers. There are no theme filters, but I found themes like animals, fishing, Ancient Egypt, and music.
The choice of titles includes some 2,000 slots from various software developers, including popular ones like NetEnt and Microgaming. Most of the slots have a demo version available. Minimum betting starts at $0.20 on all the titles I tested, such as Johnny Cash and Cash Truck.

Live dealer
I tried to access the live dealer section using the category card on the main menu. However, the site appears to glitch and pulls up tons of games, including slots and original games.
I then set the software filter to Evolution, which returned a solid selection of games spanning blackjack, roulette, and baccarat. I moved away to Ezugi, which also includes all the classic live dealer categories. Then I went back to Evolution, but the second time round, the filter didn’t work.
I changed strategy and typed ‘roulette’ in the search bar. I was rewarded with both Evolution and Ezugi live tables. I could see there are several variants: La Partage and European Roulette, but when I tried to load a table, the system crashed.
I couldn’t be bothered to continue trial and error testing for this Pasino casino review, because having fun shouldn’t be such hard work. Unfortunately, meaning I don’t have any information about minimum bets and VIP tables to share with you.

Original games
There are about 50 original games that work using the provably fair algorithm. These include Crash, Plinko, Keno, and some exclusive slot titles like Puppy Paradise and Legends of the Shogun. Most of these have free play enabled.
Software
There are 15 game providers available, including some favorites amongst players like:
Something weird is afoot
Pasino offers some 3,000 games from quite a few reliable software providers, as well as some in-house title. This is what I could ascertain, and it wasn’t easy. Finding facts at this casino proved difficult for various reasons. The lobby doesn’t follow the usual format, making it difficult to count the exact number of games in the absence of an official tally.
The other reason is that the programming is annoying as hell. For instance, it took me forever to figure out that some games were not coming up in demo mode because my currency was automatically set to ‘Gems’, the casino's fake currency. When I switched to BTC, the demo version worked.
Another reason is that the site is extremely glitchy. Many of the menus don’t work, or work randomly. Some games don’t load. It’s all very strange. And I couldn’t have a quick chat with customer support about this, but more on that later.
Anyway, if you want a reliable game lobby that always works no matter how many times you click, check out 22Bet. You’ll find more than 1,000 slots and live dealer games here, and you won’t need to go through any trial and error processes.
Cryptos
Here are all 19 payment and cashout methods available at Pasino casino:
The site offers all the most popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. But it goes way beyond that with various emerging coins like Solana and Cardano, and more obscure altcoins like PancakeSwap and Nano. There are no fiat options available.
The weirdness continues
The deposits page is very straightforward and regular. What is not so regular is that I couldn’t find a page with payment terms, and it wasn’t incorporated in the regular T&Cs either. The latter would’ve been annoying, but acceptable.
If gold standard payments transparency you’re after (aren’t we all?), allow me to direct you to Casombie. This casino lays out all the information clearly and without any weirdness, like a dream.
Deposits and withdrawals
Here’s what to expect from the deposits and withdrawals process at Pasino casino:
Feature | Info |
---|---|
Deposit time | Instant |
Withdrawal time | Instant |
Withdrawal fee | 0.00003 BTC |
Transaction process | Straightforward |
The transaction process is ‘straightforward’ here, easy to make a deposit. It’s also easy to make a withdrawal. The minimum deposit allowed for BTC is 0.00001 BTC, which is around $1. The minimum withdrawal is 0.0002 BTC, which amounts to approximately $20.
Finding the withdrawal time was not easy. There are no T&Cs, and I didn’t win enough to cash out and test it. However, the FAQs claim that most withdrawals are instant.
The lack of terms is just baffling
When it comes to taking my money, Pasino casino makes things clear enough. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about returning it. I like to know important terms before I need them, so I can make an informed decision. I don’t want to wait until I have accrued $20 in winnings in my casino account to know the process, length of time, and any requirements I may need to fulfill.
And I certainly don’t want to waste half an hour looking for this information, either. But this is exactly what happened here. I finally found the withdrawal time in the Pasino FAQs, stating that most withdrawals are instant. This was the third time I tried my luck clicking the FAQs, because the first two times the link returned an error.
Luckily, there are plenty of other reputable crypto gambling sites that deliver the information in a more reliable way. One of these is Wild Casino, which promises and delivers cashouts within 24 hours.
Bonuses
Here are the Pasino bonus offers:
Feature | Information |
---|---|
Welcome Bonus | 5,000 Gems |
Wagering Requirements | N/A |
VIP Rewards Availability | N/A |
Bonus Code | N/A |
Other Bonuses Available | Daily wheel spin |
Pasino offers players 5,000 gems upon sign up, without the need to make a deposit. These gems are a fake currency that the casino uses so that you can test the Original Games for free.
In theory, you can use them to play some of the other providers’ titles, but I didn’t find a way to do this myself. Winnings made using gems cannot be cashed out to real money, which makes the Pasino casino bonus worth nothing.
Pasino casino no deposit bonus
Pasino casino also gives out a daily free spin on the crypto wheel, without the need to make a deposit. You can win a variety of crypto rewards, including 0.5 BTC. I tried it about six times, and each time only landed the fake gems. There’s no need to use a Pasino bonus code for this.
Not much in terms of bonus offers
It’s difficult to rate a bonus when it’s non-existent. No free spins, no deposit matches, no bonus page… all I got were the fake gems. It’s worth mentioning that I didn’t find any mention of the crypto wheel being provably fair.
An excellent bonus doesn’t need to be stratospheric. As a player, I want that little bit extra to sweeten the pot, while being reassured that the terms are fair. Take the approach of Jackbit casino — it offers 100 free spins, wager-free, and all conditions are explained clearly. Not the biggest bonus, but still pretty awesome and super fair.
App
Wondering if you can play at Pasino from your phone?
Feature | Information |
---|---|
Mobile Access | Mobile browser |
Mobile Browser Experience | Fast |
Ease of Navigation | Easy |
Loading Speed | Three seconds |
Helpful Tools | Search bar, provider filter |
Device compatibility
There’s no Pasino mobile app, but the site is accessible via a regular mobile browser. You can load it up on both Android and iOS, and in theory, all games are accessible. However, they don’t always load.
Mobile’s just as bad as desktop
The site is as accessible on mobile devices as it is on desktop. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Menu links don’t always work, and games don’t always load up. I don’t believe this is a mobile issue, as it was behaving exactly the same on desktop.
My advice is to opt for Flush casino instead. This site’s mobile version is very user-friendly, with adaptive menus, functional search bars, and games that load instantly.
Security
Here’s everything you need to know:
Feature | Information |
---|---|
Licenses | N/A |
Auditing | N/A |
SSL Encryption | Yes |
Responsible Gaming Tools | No |
KYC | No |
Pasino does not have a license and doesn’t submit to external auditing. It states that its Original Games are provably fair, however doesn’t offer the facility for players to test this themselves.
Responsible Gambling
There are no responsible tools available, apart from a link to GambleAware in the footer menu.
Common complaints
Here’s what players say on Trustpilot, but take these five-star reviews with a pinch of salt.
Trustpilot rating | Number of reviews | 5-star reviews | 1-star reviews | CC trust score |
---|---|---|---|---|
4.5 | 85 | 52 | 24 | 2 |
I am very sceptical about these positive reviews, and the screenshot below reveals why. I’ve yet to see a bunch of more obviously fake write-ups, each using the same phrases and with no real detail at all. I’m not buying it. The one-star reviews look a whole lot more legit.
My opinion? Just no
Come on now!? A site with no license, no real terms and conditions, no customer support (I’ll reply if I feel like it doesn’t qualify as customer support)… It’s difficult to find anything nice to say about this site. And since this is our money at stake, I’m not disposed to give the benefit of the doubt.
If you’re allergic to shady sites, here’s a reputable alternative: Katsubet. The site is fully licensed, offers responsible gambling tools, and implements KYC requirements.
Support
Here are all the customer support options:

Support
Languages supported
Pasino is the only casino I’ve reviewed in recent memory that doesn’t offer a live chat function. It expects players to get in touch via email or by contact form. The contact form lays down the law:
Due to a large number of queries we receive daily, we can only respond to a few which meet the listed criteria. We will endeavor to respond to your email in 4 to 8 hours or less.
No real customer support is available here
I almost spat out my coffee when I saw that I can send as many emails as I like, but they’ll only reply if they feel like it (they haven’t, as of yet).
Clearly these guys here have no time for the likes of me. So I’ll return the favour and move over to Stake.com, where I’ve always received a reply in under three minutes, sometimes with emojis too.
Final verdict
Let’s be real here, you’re not catching me putting more money here anytime soon. There are just too many question marks, starting with the fact that the site is very unstable, on to the lack of license, support options, clear terms, the fact that they claim games are provably fair, but I can’t test them. There’s no external auditing and no responsible gambling tools, either.
The list of red flags is too long compared to the pros of receiving your withdrawal within 24 hours (allegedly) and being offered a daily free spin on an unaudited game. My Pasino casino review is a big thumbs down.

As a Crypto Journalist, I'm your go-to whenever you're looking for objective information that gives you the full picture. No ambiguous language, no overly-technical jargon, just the transparent, full deal. In my other life you'll find me spending all my money dancing to gigs around Europe. Or, when I'm too broke, sipping a glass of wine while people-watching for ideas on my next novel.
