2024 Casinoisy Casino review: Thoroughly expert-tested

Our rating
Founded in 2018, this site may not have the largest selection of games ever, but it does promise a fun ride - when you manage to access it, that is. Owned by GT Holding BV under a Curacao license, these guys take geo-restrictions to the next level and very few countries are accepted.
If you manage to get into the inner circle, you’ll find a decent bonus, a selection of around 800 games, and a pretty funky layout. But even if you succeed in registering, glitches are many and frequent. Many features remained inaccessible to me, which is why they are currently missing from this Casinoisy casino review. I will be adding more updates as soon as I have more insight.
Quick facts
Pros & cons
Games
Basic info about the casino's game section:
Feature | Information |
---|---|
Average RTP | 96.4% |
Popular Games | Boomin’ 7, Big Bass Mission Fishin’ |
Expert's Pick | Money Wheel |
Demo Available | Yes |
The site offers 800 titles give or take, with the top menu directing me toward no less than eight categories:
- Slots
- Card games
- Table games
- Arcades
- Jackpots
- Video poker
- Bingo
- Megaways slots.
There’s a separate category for live dealer tables, and an in-house game called Money Wheel, which is essentially a lottery game with a roulette theme.
Software
Casinoisy has games by three software providers - Booming Games, Pragmatic Play, and Salsa. All games are authenticated and audited for fairness, both by the providers themselves and by the independent laboratories iTechLabs.
Pros & cons
Game malfunctions
A selection of 800 games is somewhat under average when you consider sites like Stake.com have around 4,000.
I also found the choice of three software providers very much lacking. The absence of names like NetEnt means that you won’t be able to play some of the biggest classics like Starburst.
But the biggest issue I found is that many of the game menus simply don’t work. If I click on the Live Casino section, I’m taken to the main lobby, so I’ve no idea what the casino offers in this regard - if anything.
If you’re after a solid selection of live dealer games, allow me to direct you towards Betplay, where you’ll find a highly-satisfying selection from Evolution, Microgaming, Play ‘n Go, and OneTouchGaming.
The problem isn’t limited to live dealer games, either. Clicking on Card Games takes you nowhere. Selecting All Games, for a change, gives you a 404. I could go on and on about the frustrations I encountered, but you get the gist.
Cryptos
Currently, this casino doesn’t accept cryptocurrencies.
Not crypto-friendly
For a casino to succeed, it must include at least the basic crypto package (BTC, ETH, LTC). I'd suggest moving to casinos like BC Game.
Deposits & withdrawal
You can cash out up to €250,000 every 30 days, and withdrawals take between three to five days. SEPA bank transfers carry a charge of €15.
Full list of deposit methods available only to registered players
This is one of the areas where gathering information proved to be impossible due to a mix of website glitches and geo restrictions. You can only see the list of payment options while you’re actually making a deposit. However, the site simply refused to let me finalize this stage - the drop-down menu that would normally allow me to choose my crypto was not accessible.
Pros & cons
Complicated payment policy
This was the most mystifying thing about it all. I couldn’t for the life of me find a way to deposit. I did find a number of bright and cheerful buttons saying ‘Deposit’, but they are either not clickable, or will take you to a greyed-out menu with no payment options.
I did reach out to a customer support agent, who didn’t greet my complaint with any form of surprise, so I’m guessing this happens fairly frequently. I was promised that the issue would take no time to resolve and that I’d be informed of this by email. Five days later, no email is incoming. I have yet to be given the privilege to part with my money for this Casinoisy casino review.
I have to say that, even if this issue is ever sorted for me, there’s still plenty of shade to be thrown here. For starters, I don’t understand why the casino doesn’t clearly list its deposit and cashout options like other sites do. Please take a leaf out of Flush casino’s book - its cashier policy is easy to find and easy to understand.
Oh, and should you happen to click upon the ‘Withdrawals’ section in the FAQs, don’t get too excited. It contains zero actual information.
But wait, there’s more: I can’t get behind imposing a €15 charge on every SEPA bank transfer. It’s already bad enough that I have to deal with bank charges without the casino getting in on it.
Bonuses
What to expect from the bonus offer:
Feature | Information |
---|---|
Welcome Bonus | 100% up to €500, 50% up to €200, Deposit €150, play with €450 |
Wagering Requirements | 25x |
VIP Rewards Availability | No |
Bonus Code | n/a |
Other Bonuses Available | Weekend Reload Bonus |
Sign-up bonus
The sign-up package is split over your first three deposits, with the first offer yielding a 100% deposit match up to €500. There’s a maximum of €1,150 in sign up offers up for grabs. You have seven days to fulfill wagering requirements of 25x, and the maximum bet while using the bonus is €5.
Reload bonus
Returning players will also enjoy a **reload bonus of 100% up to €100 every weekend**, against a minimum deposit of €20.
Pros & cons
Limited bonus offer
There isn’t much to choose from here. The sign-up package is nothing to write home about, and most other casinos exceed it by far in generosity. €1,150 is peanuts compared to, say, **FortuneJack’s 6 BTC package**. That said, the 25x wagering requirements are extremely low when compared to the industry average of 35x.
Even bonus terms are far from clear. While trying to find the game for playthrough purposes, I was directed to the ‘Wagering Contributions’ page. The page redirected me to the main bonus terms that I had just left. Welcome to the never-ending circle of terms.
There is currently only one loyalty bonus on offer, a weekend reload of 100% up to €100. This one clearly states that it’s only valid for slots, so maybe I should just assume that the same applies to the welcome offer. Wagering terms here are also 25x, which doesn’t quite remove the disappointment of such slim pickings in terms of promotions.
App
Here’s what you need to know about the casino’s mobile gaming options:
Feature | Information |
---|---|
Mobile Access | Via regular browser |
Mobile Browser Experience | Not optimal |
Ease of Navigation | Messy |
Loading Speed | 5 seconds |
Helpful Tools | n/a |
Device compatibility
Mobile gaming experience
There’s no Casinoisy app, but you can use your mobile browser to access any of the games. The site is compatible both with Android and iOS devices, and you can also use your tablet or iPad. However, the site doesn’t resize to fit the screen size which can impact the smoothness of your experience.
The mobile casino needs further optimization
The app works pretty well if you’re looking for some gameplay on the go. My only suggestion would be for the casino to optimize the platform for smaller screens to keep gameplay and navigation smooth and seamless.
Security
Safety measures are as follows:
Feature | Information |
---|---|
Licenses | Curacao |
Auditing | iTechLabs |
SSL Encryption | Yes |
Responsible Gaming Tools | Betting and loss limits, cooling off period, self-exclusion |
KYC | Identity to be verified before all cashouts |
Licensing
Casinoisy operates with a Curacao license. All games are authenticated by reputable software developers, and they are also audited independently by iTechLabs so that you know all wins are random and fair.
Platform security is on point with SSL encryption, as is the responsible gambling section. You can access this from your Settings, where you’ll find options like betting and loss limits, a cooling off period, and self-exclusion.
Strong safety measures
So far, this casino has met all the requirements for a safe platform: a valid license, tested and verified games, and encrypted data — it’s all there! Plus, effective responsible gaming tools are in place.
What remains is for the casino to continue upholding its responsibility toward players.
Support
How to contact the casino's support team:
Feature | Info |
---|---|
Live Chat | Yes |
Yes | |
FAQs | Available |
Support
Languages supported
Multilingual support
Customer support is available in Dutch, Spanish, French, and English. There’s a sticky live chat available 24/7, and you don’t even need to be logged in to use it. A Help center is also available from the top menu; here, you’ll find a section of common FAQs related to deposits, withdrawals, bonus terms, and more.
Comprehensive customer support
The customer support here is at the height of its task. Plus, I like that it’s accessible even to non-registered users.
Unfortunately, customer support excels only with basic queries, but falls short when it comes to resolving complex issues.
Final verdict
I am not impressed - which is an understatement. I can’t in good conscience give a glowing Casinoisy casino review, given that there are so many shortcomings.
At first glance, the site offers excellent potential, with all the essentials that you’d expect to find from top crypto gambling sites. However, it suffers from many technical glitches, design flaws, and way too many geo restrictions that appear to be applied randomly. I was informed players from the UK are not accepted - I was nowhere near the UK. I had to go Incognito to even access the site.
To add insult to injury, even when I gained access there were still multiple issues. It’s a wait and see on this one, at least until customer support deliver upon their promise to be in touch.
