Expert Megapari review (2025): All about games, payments, and bonuses

Excellent filtering, but some adjustments can improve the player experience

I just love the sheer choice there is available at Megapari. With so many titles to choose from, I felt this was a casino that I could come back to multiple times without getting bored.

Why are some cryptos accepted only for deposits?

At first glance, the crypto offering at Megapari is superb. With 16 options, there can be no complaints on my part, surely? Wrong. My first complaint relates to the fact that every crypto deposit carries a service charge - I wasn’t informed what this would be, and I couldn’t find the details in the general terms and conditions, either. Basically if I deposit, say, 0.002 BTC, a portion of that will be deducted.

The other huge annoyance is that I could make a deposit in 16 different cryptos. But I only had five options for withdrawal. Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash, arguably two of the most popular cryptos, aren’t on the list. My mind, it boggles. Incidentally, listing the different Tether networks available still makes it the same cryptocurrency, so don’t be fooled when you see seven methods listed.

Important withdrawal terms should be easily accessible

I don’t like having to reach out to customer care for something simple, such as knowing how little I can withdraw. Megapari appears to operate with the assumption that if I want to know anything, I’ll be happy to have a chat about it. I’m not. When I’m not professionally testing casinos, if the terms aren’t clear upfront I will move on to the next option, and I’m sure many of you follow this approach.

Even worse, when I asked for information about the minimum withdrawal from customer care, I was told that this depended on method and location (fair), but that they couldn’t share the information. The minimum would be indicated to me during the withdrawal process. Honestly, just no.

Megapari would do well to take a leaf from the likes of Stake.com, which doesn’t impose a minimum for either withdrawals or deposits - and more importantly, it states so clearly without any need to ask.

As I see it, the Megapari withdrawal problem that some other players have mentioned to me is mostly arising from a lack of communication.

Generous bonuses with very low wagering

All the Megapari deposit bonus offers are solid. The amounts for both welcome and reload promotions may not be the largest, but they are generous enough. Coupled with 35x wagering, they’re more than enough to keep me happy. So is the 5% cashback offered from the moment I make my first wager, especially considering that this is no wagering.

The downside is the lack of no deposit bonus, of course. Sadly, these aren’t exactly common, although BC.Game does offer a daily free spin that can yield up to 500 USDT. Something else I was unimpressed with is that I had to set my currency to fiat to be able to claim the bonus.

In all fairness, this condition is very clearly listed, so if I had missed it it would have totally been on me. Still, I fail to see the reasoning behind this, especially as Megapari appear to be very diligent with their KYC so the chance of abuse is low.

Don’t bother with the app, the mobile site works perfectly

I would have liked to read a Megapari app review by other users, but because this isn’t available regularly through the relevant stores, there are no stars or reviews to be found. I managed to installl the iOS version without any hitches, and the process is intuitive. Upon download it took me straight to the log-in page, and the resulting interface was very similar to that on the regular mobile site.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t find any particular value in the app and I didn’t want it taking up space on my phone. So I uninstalled it and went back to having an excellent time accessing everything via Chrome with no problems whatsoever.

Absolutely legit, but lacking in responsible gambling tools

Megapari casino is undoubtedly a secure website. All the usual security protocols are in place, including platform security, data privacy and so forth. However, I was disappointed not to find a link to a responsible gambling page. The only reference is within the terms, which explain how to request self-exclusion.

The approach taken by Bitstarz is more player-centric, as you can set personal limits, and find links to support organizations. The potentially long verification process is also a red flag for me. I can understand why the site would need to verify the identity of some first time depositors, but to have that money blocked for 180 days seems excessive.

Fast and conclusive replies

I was surprised by the total lack of FAQs and help center. Most sites will supply a few basic Q&As at the very least. That said, bonus points for providing an actual phone number. Yes, some still prefer a quick call!

My live chat kicked off with a disheartening ‘replies may take up to 20 minutes’. But I think they must be planning for a worst case scenario, because I got in touch about four times and each time I received a reply in less than a minute.
