Wilds: Whenever a winning cluster disappears, the center symbol transforms into a Wild. Wilds remain on the grid during cascades and can help create additional winning combinations.
Power Stones: Landing three, four or five Power Stones fills one, two or three segments of the Power Meter respectively. Once all ten segments are filled, the Super Power Wheel is activated.

Bonus Features in Cloud Quest

Cloud Quest has two main bonus systems alongside the base game: the Super Power Wheel and the Bonus Round.

The Super Power Wheel is linked to the Power Meter. As you collect Power Stones, sections of the wheel light up. After the spin, the wheel is spun, and if it lands on an illuminated section, one of four Super Powers is awarded:

Five of Fortune: Multiplies all wins by 5.
Emblem of Endurance: Adds two Sticky Wilds that remain on the grid until an all-Wild win is formed.
Mark of Multitude: Creates additional Wilds from winning combinations.
Scatter of Success: All symbols act as Scatter symbols during the respin.

The Bonus Round is triggered by clearing all five symbols in the designated BONUS row. You receive 5 to 20 bonus spins on a separate three-reel, single-payline game, where you battle five monsters. Defeating a monster awards three extra bonus spins and advances you to the next stage, while defeating the final monster awards a prize worth 100x your total bet. Any unused bonus spins are also paid at 2x your total bet each.

The Gameplay Experience: Testing the Mechanics

Cloud Quest borrows the same clear-and-drop skeleton as Play'n GO's own Golden Ticket. But it bolts a ten-section power meter onto the side of the grid, and that single addition changed how our whole session played out. Where Golden Ticket's bonus is all or nothing, Cloud Quest's meter fills gradually: three, four or five Power Stone symbols add one, two or three segments respectively, and a full meter spins a wheel for one of four Super Powers.

The underlying wins still come from three or more matching symbols touching horizontally, vertically or diagonally on the 5x5 grid. Also, the center symbol of each win can turn into a wild that can chain into further clusters on the same spin.

Tower Quest uses a comparable level-up structure without the extra Super Power decisions. It made Cloud Quest feel busier by comparison.

We ran 700 spins on desktop at a $1.50 stake to see how often each of the two systems, the power meter and the separate bonus row, actually paid off.

The Super Power wheel is the more reliable of Cloud Quest's two feature layers because it fills up gradually rather than triggering all at once. During our 700-spin session, the meter filled and spun six times: twice landing Five of Fortune, twice landing sticky wilds, once landing the all-scatter power and once landing extra wild generation. The Five of Fortune hits paid the most directly, one turning a modest cluster win into a multiplied payout worth roughly 40x our stake. Given how often the meter filled compared to the separate bonus row, the Super Powers carry more of the session's real value than the fantasy battle round does.
