Although technically I found all game categories available at Rocketpot, I’d say this site is more likely to appeal to slot players as the choice here is superb, as is RNG poker. Generous amount, but the terms are steep

I wasn’t about to accept the bonus without crucial information like wagering requirements and eligible games. I hunted all over the help center and got in touch with customer care, but got back zilch in return.

Eventually I googled ‘Rocketpot bonus terms’ and lucked upon a very basic version that revealed the wagering requirements, but nothing about expiry terms and eligible games. This page is not linked from anywhere in the casino lobby itself, so unless you google it you won’t find it. I was very disappointed with this approach.

Smooth mobile experience all through

Rocketpot Casino claims to offer 24/7 live chat, and the box is available all the time at the bottom right-hand corner. Sadly, this is more of a contact form than an actual live chat and it’s a bit disingenuous to call it a chat.

I wanted to clarify the welcome bonus terms - the help center contains a lot of valuable guides for depositing and cashing out, but nothing about such terms. As soon as I clicked on the chat icon, a pop-up informed me that replies typically take ‘a few hours’. Then, the bot asked for my email address and promised someone would get in touch via email soon.
