Crypto casino and sportsbook operator BC.Game has appointed Ali “Ako” Muhanned as its new CEO, outlining plans to improve player trust, strengthen customer support and expand its international presence.

The company announced the appointment on October 27, 2026, bringing Muhanned into a more prominent leadership role after years of involvement in its brand strategy, business development and international partnerships.

Muhanned succeeds Kar Kheng Giam, who became CEO in April 2026. BC.Game has not publicly explained the reasons behind the leadership change.

Muhanned Takes Over BC.Game Leadership

Muhanned has been involved with BC.Game since its early years, contributing to the platform’s brand development and international partnerships.

His appointment formalizes a more public-facing leadership role as the operator seeks to strengthen its position in the global iGaming market.

“For me, this is the next step in a business I’ve been deeply involved in for years,” Muhanned said.

He explained that much of his previous work took place behind the scenes, including building relationships and helping guide the company’s direction.

As CEO, Muhanned will oversee BC.Game’s casino and sports betting operations, with an emphasis on improving the player experience and supporting international growth.

New CEO Announces Player Support Initiatives

One of Muhanned’s main priorities is establishing more direct communication between BC.Game’s leadership and its players.

The company has outlined three initiatives intended to improve transparency and customer support:

  • Monthly open sessions: Live discussions where Muhanned will answer player questions, explain company priorities and provide business updates.
  • Dedicated escalation channel: A new process that lets unresolved player complaints reach a team reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Public progress reports: Regular updates covering common player concerns, actions taken and outstanding issues.

The initiatives are intended to give player feedback a greater role in the company’s decision-making process.

“Trust isn’t built by announcements. It’s built by what happens when something goes wrong,” Muhanned said.

He added that recurring complaints should receive greater attention from management, with clearer communication about how problems are being addressed.

Muhanned’s first live community session is scheduled for November 7, 2026, through Gosh.com/akofocus. The company has not yet confirmed the session’s starting time.

BC.Game Targets International Growth

Alongside customer support improvements, BC.Game plans to develop its casino and sportsbook offerings while strengthening partnerships in international markets.

The operator says its strategy will focus on product improvements, service quality and responsible gaming as it explores expansion opportunities.

Founded in 2017, BC.Game offers cryptocurrency gambling services, including online casino games and sports betting.

The leadership appointment comes as the company seeks to build stronger relationships with its player community and improve accountability across its operations.

Muhanned will now be responsible for turning those priorities into measurable improvements, with the planned public reports and player sessions providing opportunities to assess the company’s progress.
